Each lesson is customized and created specifically for the student; therefore, we ask if you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us right away. 

 

Students: 

• We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you fail to show or do not give 24 hours notice, we charge 100% of the cost of your lesson.

• There is a 50% charge for cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• If a student cancels more than two days in advance, cancellations are free.

 

Teachers:

• If a teacher cancels, their student gets a complete 100% refund.
