Basic Knowledge of German
Proficient in American Sign Language
Berlin, Germany

Born in Maryland
Greta has been a world traveler for as long as she could remember. Living abroad has always been her dream and she is so excited to be living in the great city of Berlin. Greta never wanted to be a teacher, and it wasn't until college that she realized how much she loves working with students. She got her degree in Education with her concentration in Sign Language Interpreting but quickly decided that she loved working with students in an educational setting. She worked with deaf/hard-of-hearing students, students with support needs, as well as ESL students. She loves working with kids but is looking forward to broadening her experience with students of all ages and levels.
Greta loves to travel and learn about language and culture, but in her free time, she loves reading, writing, and escapism in all its forms. She loves to sing and dance and tries to incorporate creativity and fun into all of her lessons. Greta looks forward to all the adventures teaching in Berlin will bring and is excited for everything the city has to offer.
